Leadership is built through service, experience, and showing up for members every single day. Eric Fleming has dedicated 34 years to advocating for workers, strengthening communication, enforcing contracts, and putting members first. Serving 15 years as a Grievance Handler & 3 Terms as President, Eric knows how to negotiate solid contracts but most importantly Eric knows how to Enforce Them! This campaign is powered by members who believe in accountability, transparency, and building a stronger future across every sector of our union. Every contribution—big or small—helps expand outreach and move this campaign forward.

This Membership Demands & Deserves REAL REFORM not broken promises and fancy slogans. Real REFORM starts with COMMUNICATION, TRANSPARENCY, & INTEGRITY. There is no shortcuts, TRUST is EARNED. I intend on DELIVERING the same PROVEN RESULTS that I deliver to my Local Union each and every day.
EVERY MEMBER EVERY SECTOR MATTERS
The UAW is more than just the BIG 3 and every sector is important to the success of our union. Independent Part Suppliers (IPS) Technical Office Professionals (TOP) Gaming, Health Care, Higher Education, Aerospace, Agricultural Implement and other emerging industries deserve the same level of REPRESENTATION, SUPPORT, & RESOURCES. I have a VISION for every sector but I cant do this alone, Your Voice is needed.
ORGANIZING
Organizing new workers is essential to growing our Union, strengthening our membership, and increasing our bargaining power. But organizing those who are already organized is just as important.
We must educate, engage, and unite our membership while fostering an ethical culture that respects our Constitution, eliminates fear of retaliation, and empowers members to do what's right.
We also need greater transparency in our CAP efforts and endorsement process, bringing more members into the conversation.
Finally, protecting our dues dollars requires disciplined budgeting and fiscal accountability so our Union remains financially strong for organizing, bargaining, and future challenges.
